Terms of Use

Providing a valuable service and solving your problems is our primary goal. We are not collecting any personal data at the moment. We will once we’ll have user accounts.

Our advertising partners (we won’t list them, as we change them now and then) track usage in order to provide more relevant ads. In my opionion, I prefer seeing ads of things I’m interested in, however its understandable that some people feel uneasy about ad networks knowing too much about them.

We use a tool called Google Analytics to collect usage data of this site, to understand our visitors better, what Tables you use, what Teams you follow, etc. To us, it’s all anonymous data. To Google, well, they serve ads for a living, please understand. We do not store any information input in the simulations. It’s much more fun to do other stuff.

The European Union requires that we notify you that we use cookies. Consider yourself notified. We are not using cookies right now, but we might later.

If you visit our site we collect and store the following information about you:

Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to this site by disabling cookies on your browser. (Option “anonymize ip” is activated)

If you identify yourself by sending us an e-mail containing personal information, then the information collected will be solely used to respond to your message.

The information collected is for statistical purposes. SoccerCalc may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.

For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, SoccerCalc uses software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

SoccerCalc will not obtain personally-identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us, nor will such information be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the approval of the user at the time of collection.
